The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging violation of

the orders of this Court dated 17.04.2024 made in W.P(MD) No.6292 of

2024.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for

respondents submit that the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has

condoned the delay and the Writ Appeal is yet to be numbered.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the Contempt

Petition prays to close the contempt petition, so that it could be revived

based upon the outcome of the judgment of the Hon'ble Division Bench

of this Court.
