3. When the matter came up for hearing on 09.08.2024, 09.09.2024,

23.09.2024, 25.09.2024 and 03.10.2024 respectively, there was no

representation for the appellants. Even today, there is no representation for the

appellants.

4. Despite sufficient opportunities being given to the appellants, they

have not chosen to proceed with the appeal.

5. In view of the above, this second appeal is dismissed for default. No

cost.
