                     of Courts Act, to initiate the contempt proceedings against the
                     respondent herein for her willful disobedience and non-compliance of the
                     order of this Court made in W.P(MD)Nos.25100/2023 and 25172/2023
                     dated 30.11.2023 and to punish her as accordance with law.

                                                     COMMON ORDER

Both the Contempt Petitions have been filed alleging violation of

the order of this Court dated 30.11.2023 made in W.P(MD)Nos.25100

and 25172 of 2023.

2.According to the learned Additional Government Pleader

appearing for the respondent, writ appeals in W.A(MD)Nos.324 and 462

of 2024 have been filed and notice has been ordered by the Division

Bench. In fact, in the writ appeal in W.A(MD)No.324 of 2024, interim

stay ha also been granted.

3.In view of the above said facts, these Contempt Petitions stand

closed with liberty to the petitioner to revive the contempt petition

depending upon the judgment to be rendered by the Division Bench.
