suits filed before the Original Side of this Court, had been disposed of

based on the Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024 between the parties.
Therefore, nothing survives in these appeals.
(3)Recording the fact that the parties have settled their dispute amicable and
the Settlement Agreement had also been recorded and the suits have been
disposed of in terms of the said Settlement Agreement dated 29.04.2024
between the parties, these appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
