                     Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order
                     dated 26.08.2019 passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.18738 of 2015 on
                     the file of this Hon'ble Court.

                                                              ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed alleging violation of the order

dated 26.08.2019 passed in W.P.No.18738 of 2015. This Court, by the said

order dated 26.08.2019, directed the respondent to consider the

representation submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders

within a period of eight weeks, in the light of the Government order issued

in G.O.(D).No.359 Health and Family Welfare Department, dated

26.04.2004, and the order passed by the learned Division Bench of this

Court in W.P.No.29794 of 2005 & batch dated 13.07.2007 and judgment

dated 25.02.2015 passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal

No.6660 of 2011 & batch.

2. In response to the notice issued by this Court, Mr.K.Tippu

Sultan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, placed

before this Court, a proceedings bearing R.No.62025/MP1/S3/2015 dated

14.02.2020, duly serving a copy on the learned counsel for the petitioner,

purported to be the order passed considering the representation submitted

by the petitioner. In the light of the proceedings dated 14.02.2020, it cannot

be said that the respondent has committed any contempt of Court.
