              Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, for
              issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating
              to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.11385/2013/U4 dated 22.08.2024 on the

              file of the 1st Respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st
              Respondent to reassign the land in Survey No.358/1 to an extend of 3.48
              acres situated in Karumandichelli Palayam Revenue Village, Perundurai
              Taluk, Erode District, to the Petitioner as the legal heir of the original
              assignee by vide judgment delivered in W.A.No.624 of 1988 dated
              22.01.1991 of this Hon'ble High Court and also based on the judgment
              delivered by the Hon'ble Apex Court of India in Civil Appeal No.6743 of
              2012 dated 20.09.2012.

                                                   ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the

writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. He has also made an

endorsement to that effect. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as

withdrawn. No cost.
