                     PRAYER : This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C , to

                     call for the records relating to the FIR in Vide FIR No.239/2022 dated

                     17.03.2022 pending on the file of the V4 Rajamangalam Police Station

                     Chennai and to quash the same.

                                                             ORDER

The petitioner herein filed this petition to call for the records relating

to the FIR in Vide FIR No.239/2022 dated 17.03.2022 pending on the file of

the V4 Rajamangalam Police Station Chennai and to quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the

petitioner submits that matter was settled between the parties and filed the

joint compromise memo to that effect. On the other side, the learned

Government Advocate (Crl. Side ) submits that the petitioners were

acquitted by the Trial Court to that effect he filed the judgment of the Trial

Court in C.C No. 15233 of 2022 dated 05.01.2023. Considering the above,

this petition is dismissed as infractous. No Costs. Consequentially

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
