                                                         JUDGMENT

This Second Appeal has been filed against the the Judgment

and Decree passed in A.S. No.138 of 2017 on the file of the learned VII

Additional Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai dated 31.07.2018 and

confirming the Judgment and Decree passed in O.S. No.4408 of 2011

on the file of the learned XVI Assistant Judge, City Civil Court at

Chennai dated 31.01.2017.

2. Both the learned counsel submitted that the parties have

amicably resolved their dispute and in fact, defendant has already

handed over the possession to the plaintiff. The said factum is also

asserted and affirmed by the learned counsel for the plaintiff.

3. In view of the above, nothing survives for further adjudication

in this Appeal. Recording the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed.

No costs.
