The Writ Appeal has been filed challenging the interim order passed in the

Miscellaneous Petition, pending Writ Petition. Now, the main Writ Petition in

W.P.(MD)No.20450 of 2015 was closed, vide order dated 04.07.2019. Therefore,

the relief sought for in this Writ Appeal has become infructuous. Hence, this Writ

Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected

Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
