learned counsel for the appellant, this original side appeal has been listed

today under the caption "for withdrawal".

2. When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel appearing for the appellant sought permission of this Court to

withdraw this original side appeal. He has also made an endorsement to that

effect in the Court bundle.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the

learned counsel for the appellant, this original side appeal is dismissed as

withdrawn at the SR stage itself. No costs. Consequently, connected
