                     PRAYER : This application has been filed under Section Order 47 Rule 1

                     of CPC r/w Section 114 of CPC., to review the Judgement and decree passed

                     in A.S.No.485 of 2016 dated 12.04.2024 by this Court.

                                                           ORDER

This review application has been filed to review the Judgment dated

12.04.2024 in A.S.No.485 of 2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellant.

3.The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that on

payment of amount as directed by this Court, the respondents are

ready to surrender the possession of the property to the appellant.

4. The learned counsel for the appellant seeks time to pay the

amount as directed by this Court.

5. Considering the submission made on either side, this Court is

directed the appellant to pay the amount to the respondnets as ordered

by this Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order. On receipt of such payment, the respondents

are directed to hand over the possession of the property to the

appellant, within two weeks thereafter. Hence, I do not find any error or

irregularity in the Judgment passed by this Court in A.S.No.485 of 2016

dated 12.04.2024.

6. In the result, this Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
