                                                     JUDGMENT

The Writ Appeal has been filed questioning the order, dated

21.08.2018 in W.P.(MD)No.18183 of 2018, by which order, at the time

of admission, the writ petition had been allowed.

2. This Court has passed order in W.A.(MD)No.1564 of

2018 allowing the Writ Appeal and remanding the writ petition in

W.P.(MD)No.18183 of 2018 back for fresh consideration before the

learned Single Judge.

3. This appeal has also been filed by the Registrar of Co-

operative Societies, Chennai, as against the very same order in W.P.

(MD)No.18183 of 2018. Necessarily, the same order which has been

passed in W.A.(MD)No.1564 of 2018 enures to this writ appeal also.

4. Accordingly, the Writ Appeal stands allowed and the

appellant may advance all arguments in W.P.(MD)No.18183 of 2018

since W.A.(MD)No.1564/2018 had been allowed and the matter had been

remanded back to the learned Single Judge for fresh consideration. No

costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
