                                                          ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was made by C.V. KARTHIKEYAN, J.)

The writ petition has been filed in the nature of mandamus seeking

a direction to grant ordinary leave for 21 days without escort to the

husband of the petitioner, Rajasekaran, a convict prisoner undergoing

imprisonment at Central Prison, Madurai.

2. The petitioner had given a representation on 24.05.2024. It has

been brought to the notice of this Court that the second respondent, the

Deputy Inspector General of Prison, Madurai Zone, Madurai, had

rejected the representation by order dated 20.06.2024 in No.185/UT.

2/2024. The petitioner will necessarily have to challenge that particular

order passed by the second respondent.

writ petition stands disposed of.
