preferred Crl.A.No.47 of 2024, on the file of the learned Principal District

and Sessions Judge, Cuddalore. Apprehending that she has made a

serious allegations against the Judicial Magistrate while delivering the

judgment and therefore, her appeal which has been conducted in the

same Sessions division, she may not get justice and therefore, seeks

transfer of her appeal to any other District Sessions Court within the

Sessions Court at Cuddalore.

2. This Court, on considering the averments in the petition and

the connected documents, finds that the reason stated for the transfer

cannot be entertained. Any complaint against the conduct of the Judicial

Magistrate cannot be the reason to transfer the appeal pending on the file

of the District Judge. Hence this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
