in this Writ Appeal, has been settled under Samathana Scheme, which was

subsequently introduced and hence, nothing survives in this Appeal.

2. The Appeal is disposed of, for having become infructuous. There

shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous

petition is closed.
