                                                       JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The grievance of the appellant was that his representation seeking

entries reflecting declaration that the sale deed dated 10.08.2005 registered

as Document No.4521 / 2005 as null and void in the encumbrance certificate

relating to the property. Since the Writ Petition was dismissed directing the

appellant to approach the Civil Court, the appellant had filed the above

appeal.

2. Mr.P.Krishnan, learned counsel appearing for the appellant would

now submit that pending appeal, the Official respondent namely, the Sub-

Registrar / 3rd respondent had given effect to the declaratory decree by

incorporating necessary endorsements. Hence, this Writ Appeal is disposed

of as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected

miscellaneous petition is closed.
