                     Court, Sankarankovil, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated

                     28.01.2011 made in O.S.No.159 of 2009 on the file of the Additional

                     District Munsif, Sankarankovil.

                                                              ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 05.06.2024, the

appellant reported to be dead. Hence, the matter was ordered to be posted

on 09.07.2024, for filing steps. Even on that date there was no

representation for the petitioner and no steps have been filed. Hence, the

matter was ordered to be listed today for dismissal as abated. In view of

the above said submissions, this civil miscellaneous petition in C.M.P.

(MD).No.3 of 2018 stands dismissed as abated. Consequently, C.M.P.

(MD).No.4 to 6 of 2018 are also dismissed as abated. Second Appeal is

also rejected at the SR stage itself. No costs.
