                     of 1992.

                                               JUDGMENT

Mr.D.Venkatesh, learned counsel appearing for the appellants,

who filed change of vakalat, submitted that the matter has been amicably

settled between the parties and he seeks permission of this Court withdraw

the second appeal and he has also given a letter to the Registrar (Judicial)

dated 25.09.2023 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the

appellants and the letter given to the Registrar (Judicial) dated 25.09.2023,
