                 decree in O.S.No.224 of 1983 on the file of the II Additional District Munsif
                 Court, Nagercoil, dated 18.08.2003.

                                                     JUDGMENT

submitted that the sole appellant passed away and there is no instruction from the

legal representatives of the deceased sole appellant. Hence, he reported no

instruction. Therefore, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
