This Criminal Revision Case is filed to set aside the judgment in

C.A.No.97 of 2017 on the file of the learned IV Additional District and

Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, dated 03.07.2018, by confirming the

judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court

2. Today, 21.09.2023, when the case came up for hearing, there is no

representation for the Revision Petitioner.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for

non-prosecution. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court

No.II, Coimbatore, is directed to detain the Accused in prison to

undergo the sentence of imprisonment imposed on him by the learned

Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court No.II, Coimbatore, in

C.C.No.269 of 2015 by judgment dated 25.04.2017.
