                Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 and 2
                to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.03.2023 and provide
                the police protection to the petitioner for clearing the property admeasuring
                an extent of 0.85.5 Hectare or 2.11 acres of agricultural lands comprised in
                S.F.No.206/3 and situated at Moopanur Village, Natrampillai Taluk,
                Tirupattur District.

                                                    ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking police protection based on

the representation given by the petitioner on 18.03.2023.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions,

submitted that, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition

enquiry is pending.

3. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the Police for enquiry

and the respondent Police shall conduct the enquiry keeping in mind the

judgment in Lalitha Kumari vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in

2013 (6) CTC 353. On completion of the enquiry, the respondent Police shall

take a decision regarding the further course of action. This process shall be

completed by the respondent Police within a period of four weeks from the

date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No

costs.
