                                  When the Writ Appeals are taken up for hearing today, the

                     learned counsel appearing for the appellants would submit that the

                     prayer sought for in the Writ Appeals has become infructuous, in

                     view of the fact that the appellants herein have been now issued

                     with fresh license as Barber by              Arulmighu Muthumariyamman

                     Temple, Thayamangalam, Ilayangudi Taluk, Sivagangai District and

                     hence nothing survives for adjudication in both the Writ Appeals.



                                  2.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for

                     the appellants, these Writ Appeals are dismissed as infructuous. No

                     costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
