This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the

First Information Report in Crime No.105 of 2023 on the file of the first

respondent.

2. Heard Mr.S.Sivakumar, learned counsel for petitioners and

Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Government Advocate [Crl.Side], appearing for

first respondent.

3. The facts of this case is covered by the reported judgment of this

Court in 2018 2 LW (Crl) 606 [Jeevanandham and others Vs. State

Rep. by Inspector of Police and another].

Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed and the
