                     PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the

                     Constitution of India, to set aside Fair and Decreetal Order passed

                     by the Court of the Subordinate Judge, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar

                     District in I.A.No.29 of 2017 in O.S.No.59 of 2013 on 10.12.2018

                     and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order

dated 10.12.2018 passed in I.A.No.29 of 2017 in O.S.No.59 of 2013

on the file of the Subordinate Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar

District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for petitioner submits

that the suit in O.S.No.59 of 2013 on the file of the Subordinate

Court, Aruppukottai, Virudhunagar District, was disposed of by its

decree and judgment, dated 19.12.2022.

3. In view of the above, in our considered opinion

nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision

Petition.

4. The statement of the learned counsel is placed on

record.

5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed

as infructuous.

6. No costs.
