This writ appeal is directed against the order of the learned Single

Judge, dated 18.02.2020, passed in W.P.(MD) No.5535 of 2015.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the first respondent / writ

petitioner brought to our notice that during the pendency of this writ appeal,

the application of the first respondent was considered and rejected by the

District Collector.

3. In view of the above submission, the cause did not exist.

Accordingly, the writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
