                                                     JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.)

This Original Side Appeal arises from the order dated 30.03.2023 passed

by the learned Single Judge in A.No.946 of 2020 in C.S.No.1157 of 1990.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned

counsel for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this

original side appeal. He has also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that

effect.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned

counsel for the appellants, this original side appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
