                                                      ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed to set-aside the

decree and Judgment, 17.12.2009 passed in M.C.O.P No. 43 of 2007 by the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/MACT, Tirunelveli.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellant submits that she is not inclined to pursue the appeal any

further.

3.Recording the said submission, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal

stands dismissed and the award passed in M.C.O.P.No.43 of 2007 by the

learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/MACT, Tirunelveli is confirmed. There is no

order as to costs.
