Heard both sides.

2. The petitioner invokes Section 77A of the Registration Act. It

has been directed that action can be taken under the said provision only

based on the Judgement to be rendered by the Larger Bench. The second

respondent shall keep the petitioner's complaint pending. The second

respondent will take a call in the matter based on the Judgment to be

rendered by the Larger Bench.

3. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
