(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R. MAHADEVAN, J.)

This writ appeal arises from the order passed by the learned Judge in

WP.No.18392 of 2020, on 04.01.2022.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned

Additional Advocate General appearing for the appellant submitted that subsequent

to the filing of this writ appeal, the appellant had complied with the order dated

04.01.2022 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.18392 of 2020, which is

impugned herein, and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Advocate

General for the appellant, this court is of the opinion that no further orders need be

passed in this writ appeal. Hence, this writ appeal stands closed. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
