                                                   JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.]

Being aggrieved by the order of the Writ Court, dated 06.02.2023

made in W.P(MD)No.2331 of 2023, the appellant/writ petitioner has filed

this writ appeal.

2. The Writ Court non suited the writ petitioner on the ground

that he did not take part in the auction that was held way back on

12.01.2022. The writ petitioner claims that he was prevented from taking

part in the auction. The writ petition itself was filed in January, 2023 i.e.,

at least a year after the auction discovering a novel reason for

not participating in the auction.

3. Hence, we do not see any reason to entertain this appeal.

The writ appeal fails and it is dismissed. No Costs.
