                PRAYER: Civil Revision petition is filed under Section 25(1) of Tamilnadu
                Buildings (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 as amended by Act 23 of 1973
                and 1 of 20 to set aside the judgment and decree dated 15.07.2019 passed by
                the learned VIII Judge, Court of Small Causes (Rent Control Appellate
                Authority), Chennai in RCA.No.282 of 2011 and confirming the fair and
                decreal order dated 24.02.2011 made in RCOP.No.2714 of 2008, passed by the
                learned XV Small Causes Court (Rent Controller), Chennai.

                                                          ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the judgment

and decree dated 15.07.2019 passed by the learned VIII Judge, Court of Small

Causes (Rent Control Appellate Authority), Chennai in RCA.No.282 of 2011

confirming the fair and decreal order dated 24.02.2011 made in

RCOP.No.2714 of 2008, passed by the learned XV Small Causes Court (Rent

Controller), Chennai.

2. When the matter was listed on 01.03.2023, there was no

representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was ordered to

be listed on 03.03.2023 under the caption “for dismissal”. Even today i.e.

03.03.2023, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no

order as to costs.
