                                                    JUDGMENT

This writ petition has been filed as against the order of

suspension.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.06.2023,

appellant/party-in-person has not appeared whereas the learned Government

Advocate requested time to get instructions to ascertain as to what is the

charge against the appellant and also what is the stage of the disciplinary

proceedings. Therefore, the matter stood adjourned to 20.06.2023.

On 20.06.2023, the learned counsel for the appellant sought time to get

instructions in this matter. At his request, this Court had directed the

Registry to post this matter on 22.06.2023.

3. Today (22.06.2023) when the matter is taken up for hearing,

there is no representation for the appellant whereas the learned counsel for

the respondents is present. Thus, it can now be inferred that the appellant

is not interested in prosecuting the Writ Appeal. Hence, the Writ Appeal

stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
