                                                    JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 21.06.2023, there

was no representation for the learned counsel for the appellants. On earlier

occasion i.e.,19.06.2023, it was stated by the learned counsel for the

appellants that he had handed over the bundle to the appellants. Therefore,

this Court had directed the Registry to print the name of the appellants in

the cause list and to post the matter on 22.06.2023 under the caption “for

dismissal”.

2. Today(22.06.2023), when the matter is taken up for hearing,

there is no representation on behalf of the appellants. Thus, it can now be

inferred that the appellants are not interested in prosecuting the Writ Appeal.

Hence, the Writ Appeal stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
