                                                          JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.]

This writ appeal has been filed challenging the order dated

09.06.2022 passed by the learned Judge in W.P.No.6968 of 2014.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellant submitted that he is intending to file a clarification petition

before the learned Single Judge and therefore, he sought permission of this

Court to withdraw this writ appeal. He has also made an endorsement in the

court bundle to that effect.

3. In view of the above, liberty is granted and this writ appeal is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
