learned counsel for the appellant, this writ appeal is listed today under the

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellant sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ

effect.

3. In view of the above, this writ appeal stands dismissed as

withdrawn. No costs.
