Learned counsel for the appellants has given a letter to the Registry

dated 20.06.2023 seeking permission to withdraw the above appeal suits as

the matter has been settled out of Court. An endorsement to that effect has

also been made in the bundle by the learned counsel for the appellants.

2. In view of the letter dated 20.06.2023 and the endorsement

made by the learned counsel for the appellants seeking permission to

withdraw the appeal suits as the matter has been settled out of Court, the

appeal suits are dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Refund of court-fee

shall be as permissible under the Rules.
