Prayer : Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of
Criminal Procedure, to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial
Level), Tiruchirappalli, to expeditiously dispose the Execution Petitions for
the Enforcement of arrears of rent in Cr.M.P.Nos.8637/2019, 13503/2019,
1514/2022, 9133/2002, 16034 of 2022 filed Under Rule 6(5) of the Protection
of Women from Domestic Violence Rules, 2006 within the time stipulated by
this Court.

ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section
482 Cr.P.C., to direct the learned Additional Mahila Court (Judicial Level), https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Tiruchirappalli, to expeditiously dispose the Execution Petitions for the
Enforcement of arrears of rent in Cr.M.P.Nos.8637/2019, 13503/2019,
1514/2022, 9133/2002, 16034 of 2022 within the time stipulated by this
Court.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner
has filed M.C.No.114 of 2014 before the Additional Mahila Court, JM Level,
Tiruchirappalli and the same was allowed by directing the respondent to pay a
sum of Rs.4,000/-(Rupees Four Thousand only) as maintenance to the
petitioner and other reliefs as per the provisions of DVC. Thereafter, the
respondent/husband filed regular appeal before the III Additional Sessions
Court, Tiruchirappalli in Crl.A.No.63 of 2018 and the petitioner/wife has filed
the counter affidavit. After hearing, both sides, the appeal was dismissed.
3. Later to execute the above said judgment, the petitioner has filed the
petitions before the learned Additional Mahila Court (JM Level),
Tiruchirappalli and the same is kept pending without any progress.
4. In view of the above, there shall be a direction to the Additional
Mahila Court (Judicial Level), Tiruchirappalli, to dispose of the petitions in
Cr.M.P.Nos.8637/2019, 13503/2019, 1514/2022, 9133/2002, 16034 of 2022 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.
5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands
disposed of.
