                     petitions dated 14.8.2021 and dated 14.2.2022 in the light of the Apex
                     Court Judgment reported in SLP(Civil) No.8112 of 2019 (Jayantibhai
                     Rao patel Vs Municipal Council, Narkhed others) and direct the
                     respondent herein to disburse the entire benefits of the petitioner from
                     date of termination i.e., 17.01.1989 to till the date of re-appointment i.e.
                     25.09.2014 within the time frame fixed by this Court.
