                     96 of C.P.C., against the judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.1 of 2008

                     on the file of the Sessios (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal dated

                     11.01.2019.

                                                        JUDGEMENT

The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant seeks permission

of this Court to withdraw the above Appeal Suit and he has also made

endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned

Counsel appearing for the Appellant, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as

withdrawn and the Registry is directed to refund the court fee to the

appellant. No costs.
