                                  Today, when the matters are listed for hearing, the learned Standing

                     Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 informed before this Court

                     that pending writ appeals, the authorities concerned have resumed the shop,

                     which was subject matter of the writ petition and hence, the prayer sought

                     for in the writ appeals have become infructuous.
