                                                      JUDGMENT

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has produced a letter

from the Superintendent of prison, Central prison, Coimbatore - 18, the

accused namely Jeyaprakasam, S/o.Saminathan concerned in

Namagripettai Police Station Cr.No.229 of 2015 was convicted and

sentenced to Rigorous Imprisonment for 5 years in S.C.No.18 of 2017 on

the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Namakkal and admitted in this prison

on 22.03.2018. In this regard, the said accused was earned 293 days

remission and was released on 13.04.2022 from this prison.

2. Recording the same, nothing survives in this appeal and

accordingly, this Criminal Appeal is disposed of.
