                 PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of Constitution of
                 India, praying to direct the Principal District Judge, Karur to dispose the petition
                 in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in O.S.No.116 of 2018 within the time frame fixed by this
                 Court.

                                                              ORDER

The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed for a direction to the

Principal District Judge, Karur to dispose the petition in I.A.No.4 of 2023 in

O.S.No.116 of 2018.

2.As no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent,

this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself, with the

following direction:

There shall be a direction to the Principal District Judge, Karur, to

dispose of the I.A.No.4 of 2023 filed by the petitioner to set aside the ex-parte

judgment, dated 10.12.2020, within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt

of a copy of this order. Pending such exercise, the proceedings in I.A.No.2 of

2022 for passing a final decree in O.S.No.116 of 2018, shall be kept in abeyance.

No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
