                     specifically created as per the orders of this Court in A.No.4237 of 2013
                     dated 13.08.2021 and permit to carry out all the activities as to the
                     implementation of the terms of the last Will and Testament dated 09.07.1965
                     of Tmt.Kannamma probated under TOS.No.3 of 1971 in order dated
                     29.06.1973.

                                                     JUDGMENT
