                Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India
                praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records
                pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No. 35593 / C2 / E2 / 2022 dated
                30.06.2022 on the file of the second respondent and quash the same as illegal
                insofar as not conducting general transfer counselling is concerned and
                consequently for a direction, directing the second respondent to conduct
                general transfer counseling in respect of Higher Secondary School Headmasters
                and High School Headmasters prior to the Promotion Counselling in
                accordance with the Judgment of this Court in W.P.(MD). No. 3354 of 2021 and
                batch dated 10.03.2022 within the time period stipulated by this Court.
