When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned

Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent

would submit that the petitioner was tried and convicted in Special

Sessions Case No.142 of 2019 by the Judgment dated 23.03.2022.

2. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original

Petition has become infructous. Hence, nothing survives in this petition,

accordingly the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, the

connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
