This petition has been filed against the judgment and decree

Mannargudi reversing in O.S No. 41 of 2001 on the file of the learned

District Munsif Court, Thiruthuraipoondi.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel

for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition.
