                                                COMMON JUDGMENT

                                   It is seen from the records that the counsel for the appellants

                     reported no instructions for the appellants on 26.08.2021. Hence the

                                   2. When the matters are taken up for final hearing today, there

                     is no representation on behalf of the appellants though their names are

                     printed in the cause list.

                                   3. In view of the same, both the Second Appeals are dismissed

                     for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous

                     petitions are closed.
