                     PRAYER : Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the

                     decree and judgment dated 26.12.2002 in A.S.No.32 of 2002 on the file of

                     the District Court, Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam, confirming the decree and

                     judgment in O.S.No.25 of 2000 dated 29.04.2002 on the file of the

                     District Munsif Court, Coonoor, Nilgiris.

                                                     JUDGMENT

A perusal of the records shows that several adjournments have

been granted. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no

representation for the appellants. The Second Appeal is of the year 2006

and hence, I do not find any reason to keep the appeal pending.
