This petition has been filed to call for the records in S.C.No.75 of 2021

on the file of the Additional District and Session Judge, Krishnagiri and to

quash the same.

2. Mr.A.Damadoran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor

submitted that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated

26.04.2023 in S.C.No.75 of 2021 which has been challenged in this quash

petition.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is liable to be

dismissed. Hence, the same is dismissed. Consequently, the connected

miscellaneous petitions are closed.
