                                                      ORDER

This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.854 of

2021 on the file of XVIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and to quash the

same.

2. Mr.A.Damodaran, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor

submitted that the petitioner was tried and acquitted by the Judgment dated

09.11.2022 in C.C.No.854 of 2021 which has been challenged in this quash

petition.

3. In view of the same, the above prayer in the Criminal Original

Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
